Lesson 45 : Jerry and Languages

Lately, we have received lots of news from around the world...F4 mania has spread to Korea, Canada, Thailand, Phillipines and Vietnam...MG does deserve some credit... but mostly the credit should go to the four guys themselves...it's just ?-*·%·*……* (What language is this? Multi-universal language)

JERRY'S UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE
DMS knows lots of language right? Ok... he's language skills aren't too great... but still... Jerry knows quite a number of languages - Mandarin, Taiwanese... a tad of English ( the classic People Mountain People Sea)... a bit of Cantonese and is pretty good at Japanese!

UNIQUE SENSE OF LANGUAGE ABILITIES:

CHINESE:
Jerry's Chinese often incorporates a bit of Taiwanese...like in the VCD of Amphibian, when he was at the Melbourne Casino, he won $1 million but it was not real, he said: "QIE si wo le..." Rather than QI.

Mei Zuo: "Bu yao gou yao lu dong bing oh!"
Si: "What? Dogs eat green beans...who cares! You guys can't go over (to SC's place)" .... From MG

ENGLISH:
DMS's english was one highlight of MG...
Si: "I'm a man with size/sense..."

Again in the Amphibian VCD, when Jerry was in the Botanical Gardens, he saw a swan... and said in a weird voice: "Hello baby, baby don't go..."

Also, on the streets of Melbourne, when was giving out papers, he kept saying: "It's free, it's free..."

OTHER LANGUAGES:
On ABCDEF4, he managed to say some pretty impressive Japanese and in MG when F4 went to Japan... DMS also said bits and pieces...

In MG, DMS and Thomas' conversation... in German... not bad... but a bit forced.

MG2, when DMS and YS were at the airport, his Spanish was very fluent!

In ABCDEF4, when Jerry met a few fans from HK, he asked them which character they liked the best from MG.... the lady didn't understand..until Jerry said: "MS, HZL..." When he found out that they liked DMS the best... he punched his fists in the air and called out "YEAH!"

Class dismissed!
